  The River Market Phase II project came about after a successful build of the River Market apartments, located just across the street in downtown KC,MO. This 143,413 Sq Ft project features a concrete podium deck foundation with underground parking and 4 stories of wood framed construction above. This premium apartment complex will be set with lavish amenities and a gorgeous view of the KC skyline. As you can see from below, the progression of this project has come right along. From an empty site, to installing & placing the foundation, to setting gang wall forms; we have been onsite. Our sites are set on completion come early spring!
